Reviving My Blogging Career

It’s been ages since I’ve last wrote an entry. I have a blogspot account somewhere but I’m not telling where it’s at. I’m thinking of going incognito. Seriously, I don’t know why and where I got the idea of being anonymous. I guess I’ve been watching too much Gossip Girl. But hey, blogging sure does beat the crap out of boredom (well really now?). Maybe I’ll introduce myself someday. I just wanted to try out being ‘mysterious’ and all, like some of the popular bloggers out there. We know them, we get to see a part of them through their writing, but in the end we don’t really know them, do we? And I’m toying with the idea of throwing flak at other people without getting flak back. Haha.Okay, I’ve been watching too much Gossip Girl and reading too much Brian Gorrell. I’m just kidding by the way, I’m not that mean.

Anyway I’m getting back to blogging because it’s way too boring in the house. You see, I’m an overworked college student. Scratch that, I haven’t even been able to blog in ages, I’m beyond overworked. This summer is the first time I’m getting a good old vacation (in my case two whole months of no classes) since my graduation from high school. That was like, March 2005? When I entered college I got to working my ass. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no super do-it-your-all mega student with all work and no play. It’s just that it’s been ages since my last long break (long for me at least). And frankly speaking, I’m not used to it anymore. I’ve gotten used to my two-week breaks. You know, two-week Christmas breaks, two weeks before summer classes start and two weeks before regular classes start breaks, two-week semestral breaks, the list goes on. In summary, I’m bummed.

I feel like a 60-year old retired workaholic. This should be how they feel when they stop working after all those years of sweat and blood. Oh well, until next time.
